“I currently have an AT&T plan. I just pd off my iPhone 6 Plus and I want to switch to the Google Pixel 2. How do I do that? Is AT&T Next an option? When I check upgrades, this phone is not one of the options. Please advise.”

• You would have to buy the phone for full price from Best Buy or Google and put your ATT SIM card in it. I'm not sure what services would and would not work (wifi calling, etc)

• If you paid it off, it shouldn't make a difference. You should be able to upgrade at anytime. If it isn't showing up in your account properly, I'd just go and talk to the reps who can access your account and confirm everything for you
