• The phone isn’t not locked to Verizon; it just has a Verizon sim. Buy it and use your SIM card from another company, and you are set. This is a world phone.

• I suggest calling the network that you are interested in and asking them if they would be able to place a sim card into this device since not all networks are able to. As with the Version fee, Im not sure but I do think you would since all networks dont just do it for free.

• The best advice I can give you is that you should call the network you're interested since not all are able to put a sim card into the phone.
