• As of today (1/24/20), it's $249 and you eventually get a $100 Gift Card for a future Best Buy purchase if you buy and immediately activate on Verizon or Sprint for a new line or account, and $299 if immediately activated on the big 4 US Carriers.

• Probably if you get an open box model. But I wouldn't count on that price if you buy it new.
