It takes a Nano SIM card - which is pretty much standard since around 2015. It can also take up to 2 eSIMs as well.

The pixel 7 uses nano sim card and yes it is Esim capable. The Pixel phones have been Doing Esim since the launch of the pixel 2. I myself use Esim on my pixel 7 and its so worth it. The pixel 7 is dual sim. You can use 2 physical nano sim card and use Esim so that's dual sim right there.

It is esim capable, I recommend to check with the carrier if the phone is supported. My experience with Mint was that it takes them some time to support new phone models. I popped my old physical sim out and moved it to this phone with no problem
