There is a known serious battery problem with the Pixel 6A battery. A few days ago, Google downloaded a mandatory update that basically throttles the existing battery and renders it almost useless. Good news though, Google has a program to replace the the battery for free, also there are options an to take $100 cash, or $150 towards the purchase of a new Pixel phone. I don't know if that applies to just the pixel 6A model. In the meantime, try changing your cord. Also blow out the port on your phone in case there's something obstructing it like lint or dust.
