Dual boot won't be available at launch. It will support Linux apps and is running Android Pie. Dual boot has been spotted in the development repositories, and is rumored to be ready possibly before the end of the year, but not officially announced yet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Currently, no, it runs chrome OS. There have been a few articles about a dual boot option in the future,.however
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it runs chromeos. Rumors keep coming of them allowing windows but it cannot. Why would you anyway?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Pixel Slate doesn't run Android Pie, it uses a new version of Chrome OS that has both the capability of its normal "desktop" experience as well as a new touch interface that is similar to android pie. Shifting between the two is a simple matter of connecting /disconnecting a physical keyboard. The Slate in essence is a chromebook like any other. It's just built to offer a better tablet experience than current chromebooks when the keyboard is detached.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No way to add Windows
