“I have Samsung Fold 5, will it still be compatible to this watch. I am looking to get the LTE, im just unsure if maybe they'll be future mishaps of connection cuz im not pairing it to a google phone? Im an avid jogger, so will my youtube music prem be ok?”

samsung & google both have built out ecosystems. your samsung specific apps might not run on this watch. If you get the LTE model, service is in the hands of the carrier. the pixel watch & samsung phone will communicate through bluetooth connection so calls, messages, notifications, you will see once set up in the pixel watch app. pixel watches download batches of songs into the music app itself for offline play through earbuds.
