The watches Fit features so to speak all link back into the Fitbit app. There is a LOT of items in that fitbit app like food consumption tracking, workout videos, etc. Just keep in mind some of it may require a fitbit membership. I think you get six months of premium with the watch. Not sure if this feature is behind the paywall or not.

A file either on the watch or on your phone can be sent to your position. I don't have a doctor therefore I didn't search for it. But it is in the instructions.

The Fitbit ECG app is used to create and record an ECG when you take a 30-second reading on your Fitbit wrist-worn product. The Fitbit ECG app analyzes the recording and presents the results on your Fitbit wrist-worn product, and also allows you to view your results on your phone or tablet. While only a doctor can diagnose AFib, the results of this assessment can help to identify if your heart rhythm displays signs of the condition.
