- Answer Yes, actually Microsoft has built a Chrome based app that can be downloaded and used. Excel has 75% function and most others are complete versions.

- Answer It does not have a microSD slot, but there are two USB C ports and lots of connectivity options. I own a Pixelbook and can say you should expect to buy one or two inexpensive dongles to carry around with the pixelbook for extra connectivity. If you have existing USB card readers or flash drives, you can use them with a USB Type C to USB Type A adapter (USB C Micro SD card readers also exist). Simple USB Type C to USB Type A adapters with one port are under eight dollars.

- Answer It comes with the Chrome OS and far more Windows equivalent programs and apps than there is room to explore here. Additionally you can load a Linux OS and take advantage of the enormous software available for that platform.

- Answer MS office is available and can be ordered at a discount with the Pixel Book. There are equivalent programs for most other Windows programs. Not sure what you mean by Oracle and SQL server that can be loaded on a laptop.

- Answer your best bet is to use cloud storage like dropbox or google photos. i would not trust the PIxelbook to store your photos in its memory. i would not trust the Pixelbook at all, in fact.
