- Answer No, the Google Home Mini uses a microUSb and this is a USB-C. The output on this one is also much higher than the one that comes with the Mini.

- Answer My guess it would not. Laptop sucks up a lot of amperage and well this is while good for a cell phone, a rechargeable battery etc., probably would not do justice to a laptop!
