On a nice clear day yes, this is not waterproof

Yes, you can, I recommend the 3 pack, I actually have 2 x 3pack, they cover my all house and part of my backyard, it's not weather resistance, keep in mind that..... I have a tv outside, perfect to stream games from different apps, no problem, I do have a gigabit service, I can get outside like 400 mb speeds, very happy.

Yes if your modem or router transmit that far out.
