• A USB cable is included with the Dualcharger. You can use the AC adapter from a smartphone, or any other 5V 1A AC adapter to charge the Dualcharge with an outlet. - Justin

• It does come with a USB cord to charge the device, but no block is included for actually plugging into the wall. I just use an extra block to plug in and charge over night.
