Good charger. Recharges my cell 2x. I bought it because of the solar capability, however it takes like 2 days for the pack to charge that way. I was dissapointed at that. The only reason i keeped it was because it was able to charge my phone2x while out and about.other than that it was over priced just because of the solar factor. Better off purchasing other brand without the high price.

So I decided to go with this product because I wanted something that would take advantage of solar power. Opened the box put directly under the sun. One green bar... ok. Left out for a couple of hours... still ONE green bar. But I needed to go, so I used it that evening to charge my iphone, ok maybe it was full and did not need to be charged but definitely would need it next day. So second day.... I put it out in the sun, one green light. Ok. Left it out all day, rotating with the sun direction. At the of the evening still One green light and NOT CHARGED! Took it inside plugged it in the wall. Next morning Charged! Ok. Used it that day and tried solar charge again. NOPE! I will not pay $40 for a 5000 mAh battery. So dissappointed, I started reading the reviews here on best buy, holy cow, REALLY !?!? For heaven sakes take this product of your shelves Best Buy! I can see one or even three lemons here and there but as I am reading all reviews its every other one. Please don’t buy, you will be wasting time and gas returning this product. Great idea, terrible manufacturer quality.

It will recharge more than twice when fully charged. No need to worry if you are out in the sun so it recharges while you enjoy the sun. If you are backpacking just use the clip to hook it on your pack and the sun does the rest. Very useful. Never let's your cell phone go dead.

This charger charges in the sun very quickly and is able to charge multiple devices, so it's great when I'm camping and want to charge my phone and gopro at the same time. A little pricey but not bad for the convenience.

Great charger for limited or no electricity or good for camping

As an extra battery that you pre charge at home its a good choice. But I purchased it for the solar power pack it claims to be so in that respect it sucks! Worst than sucks it just doesn't work. I've left it in sunlight for days and didn't even get a little charge. I thought maybe mine was a defect but after googling it (wasn't smart enough to do so before purchase) everyone said the same thing. It's a good power pack as long as you plug it in to charge it.

This powerbank is great outdoor companion. Gives 2 to 3 charges of any device. The water resistance and solar charging panels are a plus when you're enjoying the great outdoors with your gadgets.

The battery by it self was great. Held a charge and lasted a good amount of time. The solar part not so well. I had it in the direct sun for 8 hours and didnt even charge 1 bar. I returned it thinking maybe a dud but same thing on the 2nd one. After leaving g in sun to charge battery expanded poping case open. I wanted to take it back but didnt have box or receipt. Either way not very satisfied with it.

This is probably the best product I bought all year it’s small compact and works really well it’s solar powered so you don’t even need a charger for it when I go to the beach when I go to the park it stays charged and it lasts long it is a fantastic product.Previously bought other portable chargers and they die very quickly don’t even last a month this is lasted pretty long

For my first Solar powered Charger. the build quality and the battery it's self can accommodate my gadgets pretty good

Easy to hook to a backpack during day treks. And pretty good in the charge you can get out of it. Does the job well.

This Gopole charger is awesome. It provides power to 2 devices at the same time. It can charge by a light source or by micro USB charger

I like this piece and the charging abilities it gives me when I am not around a power source. Although, recharging the dual charge with the solar panel takes a long time using the sun. I love GoPole products so I wanted to use this product. The idea is great and it definitely helps me, but don't look for this product to quickly recharge using solar rays. I charge it at night, and it definitely helps keep my GoPro charged during days when I need it!

This charger is convenient specially tent camping. It charges electrical devices well.

This portable charger is marketed for GoPro cameras, but the USB standard power bank can charge any device using usb-to-micro usb. I can charge my phone, tablet, and camera battery all off this one device. It's rated at 5,000mah , but I got a full charge on my Galaxy Note 3 off of 1/3 of this things capacity. The solar panel is quite efficient, juicing up the battery pack in full sunlight almost as fast as it charges my phone. The rugged, rubberized exterior is still light enough that I don't notice it hanging from my shoulder bag, but is more than enough to protect the charger from plenty of bumps and splashes. If you're active and need to charge multiple devices while on the move, this is THE single power bank you'll need!

It work good, I would have like it to last longer, however, I only lasted two hour before it need to be charge again.

Okay so I bought this to have as a battery charger for when I’m out and about in the city and need a quick charge, but when I bought it the solar panels on the back did not charge the unit at all. I saw on the GoPole website it had a lifetime warranty and thought I’d give it a shot or just plain return it to Best Buy. I spoke to the customer service agent and she quickly shipped out a replacement. Yeah I had a bad first impression, but this GoPole customer service is great. You can tell they stand by their products or your money back. So if yours is fault go to their website and file a warranty claim and they’ll quickly ship out a replacement with no issues

It promises what is does and that is charging your phone, but it does have its limitations. I thought it would be able to recharge itself when put in the sun but it doesn't work that way. Best result is to charge it from an outlet, using the solar part as a last resort. Still gets the job done.

Was skeptical at first that it would work, but it does what it says. I charged it at home before heading out to Busch Gardens and while there, it kept my iPhone charged along with a 20 min charge for the GoPro. Haven't tried it longer than 3 hours, so can't say much about that.

1st one wouldn’t charge. 2nd works OK so far, but the flashlight doesn’t work at all. The waterproof flaps covering the openings are flimsy and I doubt they’ll keep out any water. Otherwise, it seems to recharge itself OK and to charge USB devices fine.
