I don't know the measurement size but should be fine for a 9 year old. I've used it while running and training dogs. I'm also using it this summer on a disney cruise and roller coasters.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure about it fitting on a 9 year old. I am an adult male wearing Large size shirts, fits perfect. It can adjust to a fairly small size I believe. Dont take on a roller coaster! Many amusement parks will confiscate your camera.
