“Does the Hero have any image stabilization, do other models? This would be anti-shake, camera pan smooth movement, not jerky. Either in video or still shot”

No its best if flying on an aircraft or powered paragldier at USParaglding you should use your body as a dampener like a head mount or leg mount. But being wide angle it’s very tolerant to moving around. Once you get use to filming it will get much better. Come ride the sky at US Paragliding bring your Go Pro.
