You can use it as a dash cam and charge it via the USB cable. The camera has no internal memory, so you need an SD card. This camera doesn't have a looping function, but some of the other models do. The capture resolution is about 1080p at 60 fps, but it can record at 1440p and 60 frames per second and take up to a 128 Gb SD card.
