gopro 4 black. just get the pads or mounting needed for each activity. i prefer the black edition because the improve battery life and better recording on low light conditions.

Being able to output and playback your video in 4K will get increasingly popular and less expensive, so getting a camera with that capability now makes sense because you will probably want that feature in the future. All the GoPros in the proper housing are tough and can easily withstand snowboarding and mountain biking. The Black Edition will also give you excellent slow motion capability, perfect for filming/production with those activities.
