Yes! It definitely captures all trips. We bought the gadget that attaches to the middle of your chest to it can have somewhat of a P2P (person to person)view. Choose whatever gadget suits you, but i highly recommend it.

Please try again later.This is more than perfect for a cruise, I am taking one in September and although I have not gone yet just my first few months with the camera tell me it will work perfectly for my use. just documenting our family trip with short clips and action shots, if you are planning on filming everything or filming non stop you might want to consider getting one with a removable battery, that is the only draw back from this model but the internal battery has lasted me so good so far and I have been able to shoot a few hours of footage a day and have not had it die on me yet during one day of shooting, (currently doubling as my dash cam and park outings). its size and portability combined with waterproof without an additional case made it my #1 choice. because without a case I am able to get better audio with my video as well.
