No,you can set the time in the camera,but I don't remember seeing time stamps on the video itself.

BUT I have looked for and not seen the date/time tagged onto the videos or the option to do so (I haven't taken any pictures yet). Nor does the studio editing program provide the feature of tagging the videos with the internal date/time when video recorded. That would be a nice option to turn on / off as desired. The only date/time recording is done on the actual picture/video file that is transferred from the camera (sd card) to the computer by the GoPro transfer program. But this date/time is not able to be placed on the actual picture frames.
