• The cases are the same but the batteries are different! You should be able to use everything from the hero 3 except the batteries.

• The batteries will not work and you will not need the touch screen for the Hero 4 Silver.

• The accessories and batteries are different for the GoPro Hero4 Silver, and are not compatible with the GoPro Hero3

• 1.accesories 3 i think it will fit, battery nope they have new model, touch screen you can use it in gopro black model, 4silver has screen already

• I have a H4 but bought 2 H3 batteries and the double charger for them (it was a good deal) and found out when I got home they will NOT work..I dont know about the cases or screen
