I went to a waterpark with my wife and 3year old daughter , fully waterproof , also used it alot underwater in the pool .

Depending on how serious you are about your footage, I would recommend the Gopro Hero 5 Session. Yes a little more money buy you get a lot of camera in that little thing. Video stabilization was a big seller for me so I don't get shaky footage. But don't get me wrong the other Session is great also.
