How do you turn the Hero session on and off? null

Honestly I just turned on voice control and turn it off that way. You have to say GoPro turn off.

The simple answer: Just press the button on top when you are ready to record. When you are done. Push it again. The camera has an auto off when its not being used. The longer answer: Use the GoPro app to set up everything on the camera like what you are aiming at and what all you want in the pic. After you get it set up you can use the app to record as well as take photos. When you are finished there is a power button for the camera in the app that will shut it down for you. It is also voice controlled for photos and videos. When your not using it. It just goes to sleep. Nice and easy!
