• GoPro cameras do generate some heat when charging or in use. They should not get very hot though. If your GoPro gets hot, please check that the SD card you're using is compatible with the model you're using (incompatible cards can make the camera work harder to sync and to store data), or contact our Support team for more troubleshooting.
