• Yes it can be used at night. It has a night time lapse mode. No it doesn’t have a flash.

• It is hard to use at night; it does not have a flash; but you can get a media mod.

• GoPro cameras do not have a built-in flash. For shooting at night, you can either use external lights like the GoPro Light Mod, or if what you're shooting can be photographed with a longer exposure time (ex. by using a tripod), you can use the Night Photo mode on the camera.
