Yes. You can upload your MAX content using apps like TrailBlazer to add content to Google Street View.

There is a workflow to publish your own videos to Google Streetview. It requires one or two steps with some free 3rd party apps. I haven’t done this yet, but YouTube has the instructional videos on how to accomplish.
