• Nope! You have to get new ones. The ones for the Max are longer, even the ones for the Hero 8 don't fit. The Max itself comes with one though.

• The MAX uses an entirely different battery type than any of our HERO cameras. You'll want to buy batteries specifically designed for the MAX to use in that camera.
