“Will I be able to pick up sound when the go pro is in the protective waterproof case ?”

• Yes, it picks up sounds for me and I have mine mounted on my motorcycle helmet. I can hear myself talking at around 45mph (obviously talking really loud). When I'm going around 15mph, it'll pick up my voice without a problem

• Yes, the camera will still pick up sound, but the sound will likely be muffled. The housing does come with a skeleton door that can be swapped out on the housing. The skeleton door has a large opening in it, which will provide better audio.
