A:AnswerI have a different model Gourmia - got it for Christmas - and have used it just about every day. I just noticed the coating on the basked (not the food tray) is starting to peel. I hand wash it with non=abrasive sponge and do not use utensils in the basket at all, so I'm not sure why it would peel except to say it's a cheap coating...
