Can I still see the LED lights with the tv off null

Tv doesn’t have to be on for lights to illuminate

Barely - kind of cool , very dim , backlight. And you only see if room is dark.

If the room is dark ~ the lights offer a slight white backlight. Barely noticeable and not in the least bit offensive. It is discreetly cool. Might even take an educated guess and say you could turn off slight backlight in settings on app. I bet you won't. :)

Yes you can this connect directly to your regular power outlet.

Yes!! You can have them on and change the way they appear on the Govee app.
