I have read about a lot of people complaining about that, but I have not found that to be the case in my opinion. Yes, there are opportunities to purchase things, but I have not, and I feel there is still a ton of value in the game as is without busting out the credit card. That is a pet peeve of mine, too. Hence MK11 and all the character downloads. It makes you feel like you bought half of a game for $70. I did not get that vibe after buying and playing this game.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it doesn’t. For those impatient that want everything unlocked ASAP. Then yes, they are probably gonna spend money to unlock things quickly. But if you don’t mind playing the game for the long term and earning your money, then everything can be obtained overtime.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really. I've got lots without spending a dime.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It changed with an update to make payouts for races much lower a couple weeks ago. Today, update 1.10 brought payouts up again and attempts to address this, but yes, if you want to progress super quickly, there is some lean toward microtransactions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no. The MTX system is never pushed hard on the player, but you can tell by the way that they deliberately slow your credit intake that they want you to get frustrated with the slow progression and buy more credits. Also the roulette system is borderline rigged to always give you the $2K credit reward.
