• Phone service must be subscribed from a US address however the device can be used in Canada with no additionally charge other than traditionally minute usage.

• Does not work,when you return to Canada… but when you are in the U.S., you can call anywhere, for same charge.. the cell Will activate as soon as you cross the border into the U.S.
