A Great smartphone at a very reasonable price. Easy to use and very intuitive. The sole service provider for this phone is Greatcall. The service is reliable and you even get to speak with a "LIVE" person if you have any questions. The service is far better than the Sprint coverage we had before. This phone also offers built in medical options if desired and we highly recommend it.

Purchased this phone for parents in their 80's. It is so easy for them to use, has big numbers, and loud ringtone. Very simple to use. The only issue is they live in the country and the signal is not great at their house, they actually have to go outside to make a call.

Love this phone. Very easy for me as a senior citizen. Big print and sound helps me with my eyesight and hearing. Easy to use.

I resisted getting a smart phone for a number of years now, Finally gave in. Everyday I tend to learn more about how to use it, and am surprised to learn that it is not as intimidation as I expected. I attended , so far, one class on it's use, but still have a lot to learn. I am of the generation, that did not come out of the womb with a cell phone in hand. Was it worth the expense and learning curve? I will reluctantly say yes. Soon , I may be more enthusiastic!

I bought this phone for my parents. It is easy to use. I did have to buy a stylist to help them maneuver because the keys aren't as big as I would have liked for their age. They aren't the smart phone savy so bigger keys would make it easier for them to text!

purchased for my mother who is a senior. she has no problem so far using it. very easy for her to use. considering she's not tech savvy this is great.

Bought this for my 88 year old mother ~ her first smart phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, so I found this phone simple to use with the larger buttons and with just two main menu tabs to navigate (one for contacts only and one a 'home' page). You can pull up whatever apps you like for the home page, and get rid of those you don't use. So far it's been a great first smart phone for an older person.

This being my first smartphone, I needed something easy to work. This fits the bill for me. Everything is easy to read and figure out. I just wish it would not lock so quickly. I get tired of hitting those 3 buttons to unlock it even after a minute or two of unuse.

My husband couldn't handle a smartphone, but this Jitterbug semms to be just the right thing for him. Great service and easy to use.

I bought this phone because I had misplaced my old jitterbug for a few days and desperately needed a cellphone. It has taken some getting used to- I have accidentally called plenty of people because of the touch sensitive screen and my lack of knowledge of how to use the phone. I would recommend this as an upgrade for jitterbug users, but never having had a different cellphone am unable to recommend it to others. This is the first camera phone I've ever had and I enjoy that feature too.

It took a couple of days to set it up but it works really well.

I bought this phone for my husband who has had a mental block when it comes to using a smart phone. He saw this advertised and thought he might like it. He really is enjoying using it. No more frustration at not being able to figure out the phone. He even set it up by himself. Another good thing was the fact that it was cheaper than the one he had seen advertised on tv. Best Buy has great prices.

Excellent phone for anyone not cell phone savvy. Large icons, talk to text and a phone that literally walks you through whatever you need help with.

This cell phone is connected to a no-contract plan by GreatCall that includes not only android smart phone service on the Verizon network but also a button to reach a 24/7 operator for assistance. No need for a separate device. These are targeted at seniors, but anyone who might need help can benefit from it. The costs are reasonable.

The font size needs to be made much larger. Many older people have an eyesight problem. It is very hard to read the small letters and to tap them with one's fingers. It has improved some items but still has a ways to go.

I rec'd this phone as a gift, totally unexpected. The phone is very easy to use, screen is bright and clear. Taking and sending pics is "a snap".

The jitterbug phone although advertised as simple to use, is still a challenge for this senior. I'm gradually learning to use it but am not really enjoying the challenge. The phone itself is attractive. I would recommend it but be aware that it will take time to learn how it works.
