• A:Answer Hi Nan. Thank you for your question. The Model CSB404 requires a chain with the following specifications: Chain length: 16", Chain pitch LP 3/8" (9.5mm), Chain gauge: .050" (1.27 mm) and Drive links: 56. The compatible Greenworks chain model is 2904402. We hope this information helped!
