- Answer Hi Teresa. Thank you for your interest. Please check out our 80V 13" String Trimmer w/ 2.0AH Battery & Rapid Charger (SKU 2124002 MODEL# STB301). This unit is equipped with an aluminum straight shaft which provide a light weight and durable shaft only weighing 7.5lbs (without battery installed). We hope this helped!

QuestionDoes this trimmer allow you to change heads out? I am looking for the greenworks model GST80320. That model allowed you to put a new head on. Do you carry that model? if not, Does THIS one allow a head change? If not, what happens when head is damaged?

QuestionWhat is the difference between the 2.0 and 4.0 mAh 80V batteries in terms of how long they will power and ease of use due to weight difference. Assuming they both fit the same unit?

- Answer Hi Edward. Thank you for your question. Greenworks 80V 4.0Ah (288Wh) battery has twice the capacity of a Greenworks 80V 2.0Ah (144Wh) battery. Given similar applications the 4.0Ah will last twice as long. We hope this information helped!

QuestionWife can’t push in the spring loaded lever in far enough to start the trimmer with the trigger. Spring too stiff. I barely can. Any recommendations/ fixes? Haven’t used it on grass yet!

- Answer Which implement do you have . I have a weed Wacker, leaf blower, and cultivator and they are all super easy to start. I am a middle-aged woman with spinal stenosis in my neck. I suspect your implement is faulty, see if it has a warranty.

- Answer This is a string trimmer. In my opinion, it may not handle thich brush well. This is true for all string type trimmers.
