“We just put our 20 inch 80 volt snowblower together. We used it on fluffy 5 inches of snow for about 10 minutes- all of a sudden it stopped working- batteries are both fully charged, tried them both. what could this be?”

It could be the batteries are too cold. I leave the batteries in the house not in the garage . I remove the batteries from the machine after use and place back into a warm environment (house) the batteries are super sensitive to extreme cold.
