A:AnswerIt could be the batteries are too cold. I leave the batteries in the house not in the garage . I remove the batteries from the machine after use and place back into a warm environment (house) the batteries are super sensitive to extreme cold.

A:AnswerWe had this issue as well. Holding up the battery latch and pulling battery out… you really need one more hand to hold blower in place to pull up on the battery. My husband and I did rogether (4 hands) but we also tilted it on side and let gravity do some work. There is a push button area on the battery where is sticks out of machine. You will see it as it is a different color area on battery. You can push down on that part and pull it out.
A:AnswerI would not use our snow blower on a gravel driveway, because I would be concerned about kicking up gravel and breaking some of the plastic parts. Not to mention spitting out gravel at someone ..
