• iPad 2, 3, and 4 are all the same size and shape, so this case will fit any of them just fine.

• Fits my iPad 4 perfectly. The reviewers that had issues simply did not work the case onto the iPad completely.

• The package says that it will only fit the iPad Air. That's what I would go by.
