• Great question! The case is not rigidly attached to the clip, so you could replace the clip with a different style if you wanted.

• Yes, I replaced my carabiner with my carabiner that came with my Dre Beats. As far as the loop that the carabiner attaches to, that is connected to the body and is one with the case.
