• No it is not suppose to feel sticky. Get yourself a good small microfiber cloth and a lens cleaner spray on the cloth and clean the screen cover.it should make it feel just like the iPod screen unless you spilled something with some kind of acid in it such as fingernail polis remover. Then you will need to see about getting it repaired.

• No, the case is made of soft rubber and very good for gripping but does not have sticky sensation when I hold it.

• No it shouldn't be sticky. Although it can pick up hairs and dust because of its rubberness.
