The aux cable is intended to plug into your car's aux port, so if your car doesn't have one, this would not be the right solution for you. If your car only has an FM receiver and a CD player, then one of our iTrip FM transmitters would be a better fit. You can find those here: http://grff.in/nrv3f
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see why not, as long as you have the aux port in your car because it's not a wireless system. It connect wirelessly only with your phone but it sends the music through your speakers using the aux port which uses a wire/aux cord that comes with the product. But you might have to buy a longer auxiliary cord depending on where your auxiliary port is in conjunction to the cigarette lighter where you plug in the Bluetooth device. Hope that makes sense. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need a AUX input and a cigarette lighter jack.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It connects to the headphone jack.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This device takes your phone's bluetooth output and converts it into the auxiliary port on your car. If you plugged it into the phone, it would just be listening to itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The iTrip AUX Bluetooth Transmitter id not to be plugged into your phone, it is plugs into your vehicle's dash or console 12V DC outlet (aka cigarette lighter) and your vehicle's auxiliary input. Then you would turn on the wifi option on your phone and locate the itrip like you would do to located a Bluetooth headset. I hope this answers your question!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You do not have to plug anything into your phone. The aux cable is between the car aux port and the transmitter. This will not work if you do not have the aux port. we have a 2003 Honda - no port - cant use the transmitter. It does work on our 2010 civic
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you have the same car we do. You connect the Device (which we have in the back cigarette lighter port ) to the red and white ports that are near the headphone jack in the back of the van by using a AUX to red and white cord. I forge the professional name, but this is how we do it and it works pretty well. It goes out a little here and there but it is still a great product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The aux cable goes from the output on the wireless aux connector (this product) to the aux input port of the car. You then use Bluetooth on your mobile device to transmit audio from your device to this transmitter, which then sends the signal to your car's stereo via the aux port. So, if your car does not have an aux port, then this device will not work.
