Survivor for iPod touch is designed to be resistant against windblown rain, which means that if you have to use the phone and it's raining outside, it'll keep water from getting into your case and effecting your phone. It's not waterproof, though, which means we don't recommend submerging the iPod in water with the case on your phone. If you have any other questions about the case, just give us a call at (800) 208-5996 between 9am and 6pm Monday through Thursday or between 9am and 5pm on Friday (CST) and we'll see what we can do for you.
