• Yes, you will receive a notification via text, or email(your choice-Both if you want) at that time, you can open up the app and check out what's going on at the location you have it installed at.

• Yes it can notify you if it detects motion by either texting you or emailing you. It takes a micro SD card that can record when it detects motion also.

• You can set the app up to notify you on your phone when someone enters the house, but the app has to be set to armed in order for it to register that there is movement in the house.
