• When you download the software.it automatically downloads any changes so it's up to date . never a problem.

• Yes, the program will check online for updates during initial software download, and then every time you run it.

• Yes .. if you have connectivity to the internet, the software will automatically search for and update itself every time you launch it to include the latest revision of the tax code so you are always working from the latest tax laws.
