• You will receive an email with download instructions and an activation code. The activation process is very easy. Just make sure you keep the email with the activation code in a safe place because this is also the E-File code.

• Had problem e-filing because I did not remember prior five digit signature for myself or my spouse. IRS rejected acceptance of tax file. No errors were indicated on file check Had to file printed tax return.
