“What exactly comes in the 2023 packaging? Last year (2022) the downloadable software was a flat card with a scratch off activation code and a website to enter printed on the back of the card.”

I had some confusion about the activation code which the instructions lead me to believe the code would be mailed to me. After talking to a H&R person I was told use what is in the instructions I received in email.
