• The program is a single user license. I could not find a specific answer to your question, but the web site does say it can be downloaded a second time. I believe you can use the key code up to 3 times. On the fourth try, it may not work. However, the agreement and license are sold to a single user who can use it to file up to 5 individual returns. Hope this helps.
