“I have a new laptop with Windows 11S and it will not let me download the program since it didn't come from the Microsoft store. How do I bypass that without coming out of S mode? So frustrated with Microsoft! Thank you!”

• Unfortunately, we do not support S-Mode. You will need to exit S-Mode to install our Windows based products.

• Microsoft won’t let you add any non Microsoft software while you’re in safe mode. My advice. Either buy a second laptop and take it out of safe mode and buy some really good internet security software. (That’s what I did.) Or take your current laptop out of safe mode and buy some really good internet security software.
