“I purchased the H&R Block 2021 tax software Premium & Business + State from a store. I can't get onto a website to activate it and put in the activation code. It says to go to activate.hrblock.com/CRH. it is not working. HELP!!!”

the website for my Deluxe & State software is slightly different, and worked fine for me: activate.hrblock.com/CRJ not sure if you have a different site link because of the different software, or if you have a "wrong" last letter (H instead of J that worked for me) in the website address. there is also a site for installation support at www.hrblock.com/software/2021/support/troubleshoot good luck! Not fun to have additional frustrations when doing taxes.
