Easy to use, step by step instructions and easy to install.

Easy to install and use from year to year. I am not an accountant but prepare the three children's taxes in a snap. last years data gets upload to start. Wages and brokerage account information gets uploaded.

Been using H & R Block for several years, easy to use, but you still have to read carefully or you might miss something, hard to get a hold of if you have questions.

Easy to use, I generally have always used turbo tax but found out it was not compatible so switched to H&R block. Works just as good.

I have used this brand of tax software since 2007. It has, up to this point, worked well. It is easy to use. It will update itself if the IRS or state has posted any changes. I know right away if I made a mistake inputting data so I can correct it prior to submission. They will assist you with any questions in filling out your return. The e-file feature is nice for filing a Federal return. The price isn't too bad.

I think it's a great product. Never have a problem with the program. I use it every year.

Easy product to use for your taxes. When you use it you can be pretty sure you did your taxes right. If you have simple taxes this is the way to go. Have used this product over 8 years no issues actually switched from turbo tax because of form update loading issues was always timing out took too long to update do not have that issue with this software

I was worried that since I has never used this brand before that I might have issues with my previous tax software. No need to worry, it found the necessary information from last years return and imported it seamlessly! Easy install, easy to understand and offered answers to questions easily and simple to understand.

I have used this same software for several years and it works pretty good. Some of the categories are confusing and when I hit the question mark for a definition, the answer is just as confusing. Overall it works for straight forward filing for me and is way cheaper than hiring an accountant.

Ive been using this tax software for years. It is easy to use, and comprehensive in its scope. I tested it against a refund done by my accountant, and the calculated return was within five dollars! It takes me less than an hour to do both federal and state taxes.

I have used this software for years and for tax preparation itself I have no problems. Software itself loaded just fine on my Windows 10 based PC. Tax prep was familiar and easy. The problem I have is a perennial one...updates. If I ever have a problem with this software it is in getting the latest updates. This year was no exception. After much delays due to server overload it finally updated, but it also to three calls to tech support to get someone who could help and it actually updated (server traffic backlog reported ended) just as we got the normal verifications completed. Five stars had it not been for this grand waste of time.

Been using HRB for 10+ years. Reasonable price and easy to use especially with the auto fill with information from last year. I eFiled the last week of Feb and received my direct deposit refund in 8 days.

Been using H&R Block software for over 10 years. Easy to use, up to 5 Fed. e-files and 1 State e-file. Can up-load prior tax return return from Turbo tax, if you are planning on switching.

I've been using Tax Cut for years, and with each iteration the product is improved. It's reasonably priced and includes 5 free Federal e-files which perform flawlessly.
