“As others have noted, when we downloaded the software with the activation code the Basic software is what installed, not the Deluxe + State. We have spend 2 days with BB customer service and they just keep sending us the same activation key code! HELP!”

For ours we got the basic federal and then when doing our federal taxes and going on to the state it downloaded from there.
